ExperienceI handle a wide range of Residential Purchases and Sales throughout New Jersey, including but not limited to: Transactions With a Realtor Form Contract, For Sale By Owner Transactions, Short Sale Closings, Transactions Involving Condo and Homeowner's Associations and Second Home/Vacation Property Purchases. I also regularly work with First Time Homebuyers.
Prior to forming Hughes Law, I worked as an attorney in the New Jersey offices of a mid-sized New York law firm. Before that I was an associate at a reputable Princeton law firm. At these firms I worked on a variety of real estate and financial transactions, representing commercial lenders, banks, businesses and individuals. |
My Approach To Client RelationshipsConnect. Communication is the key to any good relationship. I appreciate that you may have questions that need resolution outside of traditional business hours. If you have concerns, you want to speak to someone who can help right away so that you don't spend days worrying. That's why I make every effort to be available and responsive.
Support. I've been there. I've personally been a Buyer, a Seller, a Tenant and a Landlord. I know how valuable it is to have a trusted partner to guide you and keep you informed. This is the reason I endeavor to make sure you understand all aspects of your transaction. You should never feel like you are in the dark. Protect. Ultimately, I will work to protect your interests and advocate on your behalf. I can help minimize any potential risks that may arise, and will approach challenges with creative solutions. |
